Introduction: The Agreement Between You and MCH Global
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at mchglobal.store (the “Site”) and your purchase of any product offered for sale through the Site by MCH Global Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore with its registered address at 160 Robinson Road, #14-04, Singapore Business Federation Center, Singapore 068914 (“MCH Global,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site, browsing our catalog, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy, our Refund and Return Policy, and our Payment Methods page, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Site or place an order.
We have written these Terms in plain language because we believe that a legal agreement should be readable by the people it binds. That said, these Terms are a binding contract, and they contain provisions that limit our liability and define your responsibilities. Please read them carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions about these Terms, you may contact us at philip.lieu@halo.com.vn or by phone at +84 818685222. We will do our best to answer your question in plain language, but we cannot provide legal advice, and nothing in our response should be construed as a modification of these Terms unless we confirm the modification in writing.
These Terms apply to all visitors to the Site, including browsers who do not make a purchase, and to all customers who place orders, whether for personal use or for a permitted business purpose. They apply to orders shipped within the United States and to international destinations that we serve. They do not apply to products purchased from third-party retailers, marketplaces, or resellers, even if those products carry the Healthy Care brand or appear to originate from us. If you purchased a product from another seller, that seller’s terms govern your transaction.
Section 1: Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply. “Site” means the website located at mchglobal.store, including all subpages, content, images, product listings, and functionality. “Products” means the goods offered for sale through the Site, including dietary supplements, topical skin care, oral care, and related personal-care items. “Order” means a request by you to purchase one or more Products through the Site. “Customer,” “you,” and “your” mean the individual or entity accessing the Site or placing an Order. “Business Day” means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday in Singapore. “Content” means all text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, photographs, videos, and other materials published on the Site. “Third-Party Services” means services provided by parties other than MCH Global, including payment processing services provided by Stripe and logistics services provided by carriers.
Section 2: Eligibility to Use the Site and Place Orders
To place an Order through the Site, you must be at least eighteen years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, and you must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are placing an Order on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you are placing an Order for a product intended for use by a minor, you represent that you are the minor’s parent or legal guardian and that you accept responsibility for the minor’s use of the product in accordance with the product’s label and directions.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, cancel Orders, or restrict access to the Site at our discretion, particularly where we have reason to believe that a user has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused our return policy, or placed an Order that we cannot fulfill responsibly under applicable law. We will not refuse service on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
Section 3: Product Descriptions, Availability, and Substitution
Accuracy of Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on the Site is accurate, complete, and current. Product descriptions, ingredient lists, directions for use, allergen information, and packaging images are based on the information provided by manufacturers and on the product labels at the time of listing. However, manufacturers may change formulations, packaging, or labeling without notice, and there may be a period during which the Site reflects an older version of a product. If you receive a product whose label differs from the description on the Site, the product label governs the product’s actual composition and directions for use, and you should contact us if you believe the difference is material.
We do not warrant that product descriptions or other Content on the Site are error-free. If you believe that a product you received is materially different from its description, please contact us at philip.lieu@halo.com.vn so that we can review the discrepancy and, where appropriate, resolve it under our Refund and Return Policy. We take description accuracy seriously, and we will correct errors when we identify them.
Product Images
Product images are provided for illustration and identification. Actual product packaging may differ from the images shown, particularly where a manufacturer has updated its packaging or where the image reflects a different size or format of the same product line. The product name and description on the Site identify the specific product you are purchasing. If you are uncertain about the exact product you will receive, contact us before placing an Order and we will confirm the details.
Availability and Substitution
All Products are subject to availability. We do not guarantee that any Product will be in stock at the time you place an Order. If a Product you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss options, which may include waiting for restocking, substituting a comparable product with your consent, or receiving a full refund for the unavailable item. We will not substitute a product without your consent, and we will not charge you for a substitute product that you did not agree to purchase.
Section 4: Orders and Acceptance
How an Order Is Placed
An Order is placed when you complete the checkout process on the Site and receive an order confirmation email at the address you provided. The confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your Order; it does not constitute acceptance of your Order in the legal sense. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the Products or, if we notify you that we cannot fulfill the Order, when we inform you of the cancellation and any applicable refund.
Our Right to Decline or Cancel an Order
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an Order in circumstances including, but not limited to, the following: the Product is unavailable; there is an error in the price or description displayed on the Site; we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity; the Order cannot be shipped to the destination address due to legal restrictions or carrier limitations; the Order appears to be for resale in violation of these Terms; or the Order cannot be fulfilled due to a force majeure event. If we cancel an Order after payment has been processed, we will refund the amount paid in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.
Order Verification
We may contact you to verify an Order before shipping, particularly if the Order is unusually large, if the shipping address differs from the billing address, or if the transaction is flagged by our payment processor’s fraud detection systems. Verification may involve confirming your identity, the shipping address, or the intended use of the Products. We appreciate your cooperation with these verification steps, which are designed to protect both you and us from fraud.
Errors and Corrections
We reserve the right to correct any error, inaccuracy, or omission on the Site, including pricing errors, at any time without prior notice. If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an Order, we will contact you before shipping to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the Order. If you choose to cancel, we will refund the amount paid. We will not ship an Order at an incorrect price without your consent.
Section 5: Pricing, Taxes, Duties, and Currency
Pricing
Prices displayed on the Site are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price that applies to your Order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout, subject to the correction of errors described above. Promotional prices, discounts, and coupon codes are subject to the terms of the specific promotion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time before your Order is placed.
Sales Tax
Orders shipped within the United States may be subject to sales tax based on the destination state and the nature of the Products. Where sales tax is required, it will be calculated at checkout and included in the total amount charged. If you believe you are entitled to a tax exemption, please contact us before placing your Order at philip.lieu@halo.com.vn so that we can determine whether the exemption can be applied. We cannot retroactively apply a tax exemption to an Order that has already been placed and charged.
Import Duties and Customs Fees
International Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the price paid to MCH Global and are the responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities determine whether such charges apply and how much they are. We cannot predict these charges in advance, and we cannot reimburse them. If a shipment is held or seized by customs because duties have not been paid or because the product is restricted in the destination country, we will assist with documentation where possible, but we cannot override the customs authority’s decision.
Currency and Exchange Rates
If your payment card is issued in a currency other than U.S. dollars, your card issuer will convert the transaction at its own exchange rate and may apply a foreign transaction fee. These fees are imposed by your card issuer, not by MCH Global, and we do not receive any portion of them. Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency, and currency fluctuations may affect the amount you receive when the refund is converted by your card issuer.
Section 6: Payment Terms
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payment through Stripe using major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, as described in detail on our Payment Methods page. We do not accept cash on delivery, checks, money orders, wire transfers, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or peer-to-peer payment apps. We do not accept payment information sent by email or provided over the phone.
Authorization and Capture
When you place an Order, Stripe will request authorization from your card issuer. If the authorization is approved, the funds may be reserved on your card until the transaction is captured, which typically occurs when the Order is processed for shipment. If an Order is canceled or cannot be fulfilled, the authorization will be released, and the funds will become available on your card again, subject to your card issuer’s processing times.
Payment Security
Payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is not stored on our servers. We do not have access to your full card number, security code, or full expiration date. Our support team cannot retrieve your card details, and we will never ask you for them. If you receive a request for payment information from someone claiming to represent MCH Global, do not respond and contact us through the official channels listed in these Terms to verify the communication.
Failed Payments and Declines
If a payment is declined, we will notify you and may ask you to provide an alternative payment method or contact your card issuer. We are not responsible for declines caused by your card issuer’s fraud prevention rules, insufficient funds, expired cards, incorrect billing information, or restrictions on cross-border transactions. Repeated failed payment attempts may result in the cancellation of your Order.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your card issuer, we will cooperate with the card issuer’s dispute resolution process and provide documentation showing that the transaction was legitimate and that the Product was shipped as described. We encourage you to contact us before filing a chargeback so that we can attempt to resolve the issue directly. Chargebacks that are filed for legitimate transactions and fulfilled Orders may be disputed with evidence.
Section 7: Shipping, Title, and Risk of Loss
Shipping Destinations
We ship to the United States and to international destinations that we serve. Not all Products can be shipped to all destinations due to legal restrictions, carrier limitations, or product-specific handling requirements. If we cannot ship a Product to your destination, we will notify you and cancel the affected portion of your Order, and we will refund the amount paid for that Product.
Shipping Times and Estimates
Shipping times provided on the Site or in our communications are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier performance, customs processing, weather events, destination location, and other factors outside our control. We will provide tracking information where available so that you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
Title and Risk of Loss
Title to the Products passes to you upon our dispatch of the Products to the carrier. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided, as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking information. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, our Refund and Return Policy and Shipping Policy govern the available remedies. Nothing in this section is intended to limit any right you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
Incorrect Addresses
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an Order is delivered to an incorrect address because you provided incorrect information, we cannot be responsible for the loss. We will, however, assist you in contacting the carrier to see whether the package can be recovered or redirected. If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to discuss reshipment or refund options, and reshipment may require an additional shipping charge.
Section 8: Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary, we accept return requests for eligible unopened Products within thirty days of delivery, we cover the cost of return shipping for errors that originate with us, and we process refunds through Stripe to the original payment method. Opened supplements and personal-care products generally cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons, except in circumstances involving damage, defect, or material description error. The full policy, including its exceptions and procedures, controls in the event of any inconsistency with this summary.
Section 9: Health-Related Disclaimers and No Medical Advice
Products Are Not Drugs
The Products sold on the Site are dietary supplements and personal-care products. They are not drugs, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements on the Site and on product labels have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration unless explicitly stated. The Products are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
No Medical Advice
Nothing on the Site constitutes medical advice. Our product descriptions, blog content, FAQ responses, and customer support communications are provided for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. You should consult your physician or pharmacist before starting any supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medication, have a medical condition, or are planning a medical procedure. You should not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on the Site.
Individual Results May Vary
The effects of dietary supplements vary from person to person. We do not guarantee that any Product will produce a specific result for any individual. Descriptions of traditional uses, such as the traditional use of ashwagandha in Ayurvedic medicine or the traditional use of garlic in Western herbal medicine, describe the historical context in which a botanical has been used; they are not promises of a clinical outcome.
Allergens and Sensitivities
Product labels disclose known allergens and, in many cases, state whether a product is free from specific ingredients. You are responsible for reading the label and the product description before use, and for avoiding products that contain ingredients to which you are allergic or sensitive. If you have a severe allergy, consult your healthcare professional before using any supplement, and always read the label carefully, including any “may contain” statements.
Adverse Reactions
If you experience an adverse reaction after using a Product, stop using the Product immediately and seek medical attention if necessary. Then contact us at philip.lieu@halo.com.vn and +84 818685222 so that we can document the concern and coordinate with the manufacturer. We take safety reports seriously and will follow up with you about what we learn, but we do not provide medical advice or treatment.
Section 10: Regulatory Status and Jurisdictional Restrictions
Products sold on the Site are manufactured in Australia under a regulatory framework that regulates complementary medicines as therapeutic goods. The regulatory status of a Product may differ in your jurisdiction. Some Products may be classified as dietary supplements in the United States, as food supplements in the European Union, or as traditional medicines in parts of Asia. Some ingredients may be restricted or require specific labeling in certain countries.
You are responsible for ensuring that the Products you order are legal to import and use in your jurisdiction. If you are uncertain whether a Product is permitted in your country, contact us before placing an Order and we will share the information available to us. We cannot provide legal advice, and we cannot guarantee that a Product will be admitted by customs in every destination. If a shipment is seized because a Product is restricted in the destination country, our Shipping Policy and Refund and Return Policy govern the available remedies.
Section 11: Intellectual Property
Our Content
All Content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, product photographs, page layouts, and the selection and arrangement of the catalog, is owned by or licensed to MCH Global and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view, download, and print Content for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with shopping on the Site, provided that you do not remove any copyright or proprietary notices. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from the Content without our prior written consent, except as permitted by applicable law.
Brand Names and Trademarks
Healthy Care and other brand names displayed on the Site are trademarks of their respective owners. The display of a brand name on the Site does not grant you any license or right to use that name. You may not use any trademark displayed on the Site in a way that suggests an affiliation with or endorsement by MCH Global or the trademark owner without prior written consent.
Feedback and Suggestions
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Site or our Products, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate that feedback for any purpose, without compensation to you. We are not obligated to use any feedback, and we are not obligated to keep it confidential. This provision does not apply to personal information, which is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Section 12: Acceptable Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Site by, any third party. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: using the Site to transmit unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful content; attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or its databases; using automated means to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Site without our prior written consent; interfering with the Site’s security features or functionality; impersonating another person or entity; placing Orders for resale without our consent; and using the Site in a way that violates applicable law.
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates this section, including by reporting the violation to law enforcement authorities, suspending or terminating access to the Site, and pursuing civil remedies. We may also cooperate with law enforcement in the investigation of any suspected criminal activity.
Section 13: User Content and Reviews
The Site may allow you to submit reviews, comments, photographs, or other content (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content, that the content is accurate, and that the content does not violate the rights of any third party or contain unlawful, defamatory, or obscene material. You grant MCH Global a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content in connection with the Site and our marketing, without compensation to you.
We do not undertake to review all User Content before it is published, but we reserve the right to remove any User Content that we believe violates these Terms or applicable law, or that we believe is otherwise inappropriate. We are not responsible for the accuracy of User Content submitted by users, and the views expressed in User Content are those of the submitting user, not of MCH Global. If you believe that User Content on the Site infringes your rights, please contact us at philip.lieu@halo.com.vn with a description of the content and the basis for your claim.
Section 14: Privacy and Data Protection
Our collection, use, and storage of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site and placing Orders, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell customer data, and we do not share payment information with third parties beyond the payment processor necessary to complete the transaction. If you have a question about our privacy practices, or if you wish to exercise a privacy right, please contact us at philip.lieu@halo.com.vn.
Section 15: Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including the websites of manufacturers, carriers, and payment processors. These links are provided for convenience and informational purposes. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or security. A link to a third-party website does not imply our endorsement of that website or its products. You access third-party websites at your own risk and should review their terms and privacy policies before using them.
Our payment processing is provided by Stripe, and our shipping is provided by third-party carriers. Your use of Stripe’s services is subject to Stripe’s terms and privacy policy, and your interaction with a carrier is subject to that carrier’s terms. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of Stripe or any carrier, except to the extent required by applicable law.
Section 16: Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and the Products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from a course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any errors on the Site will be corrected.
We do not warrant that any Product will produce a specific health outcome. Product descriptions and traditional-use statements are provided for informational purposes and are not warranties of efficacy. Nothing in this section is intended to exclude or limit any warranty that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including any statutory warranty that applies to consumers in your jurisdiction.
Section 17: Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MCH Global, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or the purchase or use of any Product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any Order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product or Products giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. If you reside in such a jurisdiction, some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In that case, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Section 18: Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MCH Global and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or the Products, your violation of any applicable law, or your infringement of the rights of any third party. This indemnification obligation does not apply to claims arising solely from our own negligence or willful misconduct.
Section 19: Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms to the extent that the failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government action, customs delays, carrier disruptions, power outages, or failures of third-party service providers. If a force majeure event affects our ability to fulfill an Order, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and will discuss the available options, which may include cancellation and refund.
Section 20: Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, where MCH Global Pte. Ltd. is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded. If a dispute arises out of or in connection with these Terms or an Order, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. Many disputes can be resolved through a direct conversation about the facts, and we are committed to that process.
If informal resolution is not possible, the dispute may be resolved through the courts of Singapore, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require a different forum or provide you with additional rights. Nothing in this section is intended to limit any right you may have to bring a claim in a court of competent jurisdiction under applicable consumer protection law, or to participate in any class action or representative proceeding where such participation is permitted by law.
Section 21: Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our operations, our Products, our payment infrastructure, or applicable law. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of these Terms. The Terms that apply to an Order are the Terms in effect at the time the Order is placed, unless a change is required by law or is more favorable to the customer. We encourage you to review these Terms before placing an Order, particularly if it has been some time since your last purchase. Your continued use of the Site after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Section 22: General Provisions
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or, if modification is not possible, the provision will be severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision or of our right to enforce it in the future. A waiver of any breach shall not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to an affiliate or to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, provided that the successor assumes our obligations to you.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund and Return Policy, and Payment Methods page, constitute the entire agreement between you and MCH Global with respect to the Site and the Products, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a separate written agreement signed by both parties, the separate written agreement controls to the extent of the conflict.
Notices
We may provide notices to you by email at the address you provided at checkout, by posting a notice on the Site, or by any other method permitted by law. You agree to provide us with accurate contact information and to update it if it changes. Notices to MCH Global should be sent by email to philip.lieu@halo.com.vn or by mail to 160 Robinson Road, #14-04, Singapore Business Federation Center, Singapore 068914. Notices are effective when received, except that email notices are effective when sent if sent during normal business hours in Singapore and otherwise on the next Business Day.
Headings
The headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of the provisions.
Language
These Terms are written in English. If they are translated into another language, the English version controls in the event of any conflict, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Section 23: Contact Information
If you have a question about these Terms, or if you need to contact us about an Order, a Product, a return, a payment, or a privacy matter, please use the following contact information. Email is the best channel for detailed inquiries because it allows you to include order information and attachments: philip.lieu@halo.com.vn. Phone support is available for time-sensitive issues: +84 818685222. Our website is mchglobal.store. Our registered address is 160 Robinson Road, #14-04, Singapore Business Federation Center, Singapore 068914.
These are the only official contact channels for MCH Global. If you receive a communication claiming to be from MCH Global through another channel and asking for payment information, personal data, or account credentials, do not respond to it directly. Verify the communication by contacting us through the official email or phone number listed above.
A Closing Statement
These Terms exist to define the relationship between MCH Global and the people who buy from us. They are not intended to be a wall between us and our customers. They are intended to create clarity: what you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and how we will resolve the situations that inevitably arise when goods move across borders and payments move through complex systems. We have tried to write them in a way that is honest about our obligations and realistic about the limits of what a distributor can control. If something in these Terms is unclear, please ask. If something in these Terms seems unfair, please tell us. We take customer feedback seriously, and we are willing to revisit provisions that do not serve the people they are meant to protect. Our goal is a long-term relationship built on accurate information, secure transactions, and fair dealing — and these Terms are one part of how we pursue that goal.
