Shipping Policy

Introduction: Shipping Is Where Promises Become Physical

A shipping policy is the point at which an online store stops being a website and becomes a real-world operation. Anyone can publish a product page. Anyone can accept a payment. But getting a sealed bottle of capsules from a manufacturing facility in Australia into a customer’s hands in the United States, or in an international destination thousands of miles away, requires carriers, customs documentation, packaging decisions, tracking systems, and a willingness to take responsibility when a package goes missing. MCH Global Pte. Ltd. treats shipping as a core part of the customer relationship, not as an afterthought to be outsourced and forgotten. This policy explains exactly how we ship, what you can expect at each stage of the process, what happens when something goes wrong, and what your responsibilities are as the recipient.

We have written this policy in plain language because shipping is one of the areas where customers most often feel confused and least often receive clear answers. Vague phrases such as “standard shipping” and “estimated delivery” are used across the e-commerce industry without explanation. We prefer to explain what those phrases mean in our specific operation, what factors can affect delivery, and what you can do to help your order arrive safely and on time. The policy applies to all orders placed through mchglobal.store, whether you are shipping to the United States or to an international destination that we serve.

MCH Global Pte. Ltd. is located at 160 Robinson Road, #14-04, Singapore Business Federation Center, Singapore 068914. Our customer support email is philip.lieu@halo.com.vn, and our support phone number is +84 818685222. Our website is mchglobal.store. These are the only official contact channels for shipping questions, tracking inquiries, and delivery concerns. If you receive a message claiming to represent MCH Global through another channel and asking for payment information or personal data, do not respond to it directly. Verify it by contacting us through the official email or phone number above.

Section 1: Where We Ship

Destinations We Serve

MCH Global ships to the United States and to a range of international destinations that we are able to serve responsibly. Our shipping capability is not universal, and it is not static. Some destinations are served directly, some are served through established carrier networks, and some are not served at all because of legal restrictions, carrier limitations, or product-specific handling requirements. The most accurate way to determine whether we can ship to your location is to add the products you want to your cart and enter your shipping address at checkout. If we cannot ship to your destination, the checkout will notify you before you complete the order. You may also contact us at philip.lieu@halo.com.vn before placing an order, and we will confirm whether we can ship to your location.

We encourage international customers to contact us before placing an order, particularly if you are unsure whether the products you want are permitted in your country. A shipment that is seized by customs because a product is restricted in the destination country creates cost, delay, and frustration for the customer, and we would rather prevent that outcome than attempt to resolve it after the fact.

Destinations We Do Not Serve

We do not ship to destinations where we cannot verify that the products we sell are legal to import, where carrier coverage is unreliable, or where the risk of loss or seizure is so high that we cannot responsibly accept an order. We also do not ship to addresses that we cannot verify, such as incomplete addresses, addresses that do not correspond to a real location, or addresses associated with known fraud patterns. If we cannot ship to your destination, we will tell you clearly and will cancel any affected portion of your order with a full refund.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We may be able to ship to P.O. boxes depending on the carrier and the destination. We may also be able to ship to APO and FPO addresses for United States military personnel, depending on the carrier’s policies and the destination. If you are shipping to a P.O. box or an APO/FPO address, please enter the address exactly as it should appear on the label, and contact us before placing the order if you are unsure whether the address is eligible. Some products may not be eligible for shipment to APO/FPO addresses because of carrier restrictions or customs requirements.

Freight Forwarders

Some international customers use freight forwarders to consolidate shipments and reduce shipping costs. We can ship to a freight forwarder’s address, but we cannot control what happens to the package after it reaches the forwarder. Once the package is delivered to the forwarder’s address, as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking information, our responsibility for the package ends. If the package is damaged or lost after that point, the customer must pursue the matter with the forwarder. We may contact you to verify large orders shipping to freight forwarders before dispatching them, because this pattern is sometimes associated with fraud. Verification is not an accusation; it is a routine step that protects both parties.

Section 2: Processing Times

What Processing Time Means

Processing time is the period between the moment you place your order and the moment the order is dispatched to the carrier. It includes order verification, payment authorization, inventory confirmation, picking, packing, and handover to the carrier. Processing time is distinct from shipping time, which is the period between dispatch and delivery. Many customers confuse the two, and the confusion leads to unrealistic expectations. A shipping estimate of five to ten business days, for example, may not include two to three business days of processing before the package leaves our facility.

Our Standard Processing Window

Our standard processing window is one to three business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays in Singapore begin processing on the next business day. During periods of unusually high volume — for example, after a major promotion, during a holiday season, or during a product launch — processing times may extend slightly. If your order is affected by an unusual delay, we will notify you by email and will give you an honest estimate of when the order will be dispatched.

Orders Requiring Verification

Some orders require additional verification before they can be dispatched. This includes orders with a shipping address that differs from the billing address, orders for unusually large quantities of a single product, orders shipping to a freight forwarder, and orders flagged by our payment processor’s fraud detection systems. Verification may involve confirming your identity, confirming the shipping address, or confirming the intended use of the products. Verification is not a penalty, and it is not an accusation. It is a routine step that protects both the customer and MCH Global from fraud and from the chargebacks that follow fraudulent transactions. We appreciate your cooperation, and we will complete the verification as quickly as possible.

Pre-Orders and Back-Orders

If a product is available for pre-order or back-order, the product page will indicate the expected dispatch date. Pre-orders and back-orders are dispatched as soon as the inventory becomes available. If you order multiple products and one of them is on back-order, we may ship the available products first and the back-ordered product later, or we may hold the entire order until all products are available. The specific approach will be indicated at checkout or communicated to you by email. If you prefer to receive the available products first, contact us and we will arrange a partial shipment where possible.

Section 3: Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping Methods

We use established international and domestic carriers to deliver our orders. The specific carrier used for your shipment depends on your destination, the size and weight of the package, and the shipping method selected at checkout. We do not guarantee that a specific carrier will be used for a specific order, because carrier selection is influenced by factors such as coverage, reliability, and cost. If you have a strong preference for a specific carrier, contact us before placing your order and we will tell you whether that preference can be accommodated.

Estimated Delivery Times for the United States

For orders shipped to the United States, our standard estimated delivery time is typically five to ten business days after dispatch, depending on the destination state and the carrier’s service level. Customers in major metropolitan areas may receive their orders more quickly, while customers in remote areas or areas affected by carrier disruptions may experience longer transit times. Expedited shipping may be available for an additional charge at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in your shipping confirmation email, and they are estimates, not guarantees.

Estimated Delivery Times for International Destinations

For international orders, estimated delivery times vary widely depending on the destination country, the carrier’s service level, and customs processing. Typical estimates range from seven to twenty-one business days after dispatch, but some destinations may take longer. Customs processing can add several days or, in some cases, several weeks to the delivery timeline. We provide the best estimate available at checkout, but we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for international shipments.

Why Estimates Are Not Guarantees

We do not guarantee delivery dates because we do not control every factor that affects delivery. Carrier performance varies, weather events can disrupt routes, customs authorities can hold shipments for inspection, and high seasonal volume can slow processing at every stage of the journey. What we do guarantee is that we will provide accurate tracking information where available, respond honestly to your inquiries, and work with the carrier to resolve any issue that arises. If a shipment is significantly delayed, we will tell you what we know and what we are doing about it.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping may be available for an additional charge at checkout, depending on your destination. Expedited shipping reduces transit time but does not eliminate the need for processing time, and it does not override customs processing for international shipments. If you need an order by a specific date, contact us before placing the order and we will tell you whether expedited shipping can meet your deadline. We will not promise a delivery date that we cannot reasonably expect to meet.

Section 4: Shipping Costs

How Shipping Costs Are Calculated

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, the shipping method selected, and the weight and dimensions of your order. The exact cost is displayed before you confirm your order, so you can review it before paying. We do not add hidden shipping charges after checkout. If the actual shipping cost turns out to be significantly higher than the amount charged — for example, because of an unusual destination or an oversized package — we will contact you before dispatching the order to discuss the difference.

Free Shipping Promotions

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions for orders that meet certain criteria, such as a minimum order value or a specific destination. The terms of each promotion are displayed on the website and at checkout. Free shipping promotions apply to standard shipping unless otherwise stated, and they do not apply to expedited shipping, international shipping, or shipments to remote destinations unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw a promotion at any time before your order is placed.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees

Shipping costs do not include import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs authority in the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict the amount in advance, and we cannot reimburse these charges. If a shipment is held by customs because duties have not been paid, we will assist with documentation where possible, but we cannot override the customs authority’s decision. We encourage international customers to check their local import regulations and duty rates before placing an order.

Currency and Foreign Transaction Fees

Our prices are listed in U.S. dollars. If your card is issued in a different currency, your card issuer will convert the transaction at its own exchange rate and may apply a foreign transaction fee. These fees are imposed by your card issuer, not by MCH Global, and we do not receive any portion of them. Shipping costs are subject to the same currency conversion and foreign transaction fees as the rest of your order.

Section 5: Order Tracking

How Tracking Works

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page, where available. Tracking information is provided by the carrier and is updated as the package moves through the carrier’s network. Some carriers provide detailed tracking with multiple checkpoints, while others provide only basic tracking with a few status updates. If your tracking information does not update for several days, it does not necessarily mean the package is lost. International shipments, in particular, may show no tracking updates while the package is in transit between countries or while it is being processed by customs.

What to Do If Tracking Does Not Update

If your tracking information has not updated for more than five business days, contact us at philip.lieu@halo.com.vn with your order number. We will contact the carrier to request an update and will share the information we receive. In some cases, the carrier will confirm that the package is in transit and will provide an updated estimate. In other cases, the carrier will initiate a trace, which can take several business days to complete. We will keep you informed throughout the process.

Tracking Discrepancies

Occasionally, tracking information may show a status that does not match reality. For example, a package may be marked as delivered when it has not been delivered, or it may be marked as “in transit” when it has already arrived at the destination facility. If you see a tracking status that you believe is incorrect, contact us and we will investigate. Do not assume that a package marked as delivered has been stolen; in many cases, the carrier has scanned the package at the wrong location or delivered it to a nearby address. We will work with the carrier to resolve the discrepancy.

Signature Requirements

Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery, depending on the carrier, the destination, and the value of the order. If a signature is required and no one is available to sign, the carrier may leave a notice and attempt redelivery, or may hold the package at a local facility for pickup. If you will not be available to receive a signature-required shipment, contact us before the order is dispatched to discuss alternative arrangements. We cannot guarantee that a signature requirement can be removed once the shipment is in transit.

Section 6: Packaging and Handling

How We Package Orders

We package orders to protect the products during transit. Supplements and personal-care products can be damaged by heat, moisture, and physical impact, so we use packaging materials that provide cushioning and protection. We do not use excessive packaging, because we believe that environmental responsibility and product protection can coexist. If you receive a package that appears to have been damaged in transit, please photograph the damage before opening it and contact us as described in Section 9.

Temperature Sensitivity

Some products, particularly fish oil and other oils, are sensitive to heat and may degrade if exposed to high temperatures for extended periods. We do not currently offer temperature-controlled shipping, and we cannot guarantee that a package will not be exposed to heat during transit. If you live in a hot climate, we recommend choosing expedited shipping where available and bringing the package inside as soon as it is delivered. If you receive a product that appears to have been damaged by heat — for example, if the capsules are stuck together or the oil has an unusual odor — contact us and we will review the situation.

Discreet Packaging

We ship orders in standard packaging that does not identify the contents of the package. This is intended to protect your privacy and to reduce the risk of theft. If you have a specific packaging request, contact us before placing your order and we will tell you whether the request can be accommodated.

Packaging Materials

We use a combination of cardboard boxes, padded envelopes, and protective cushioning materials, depending on the products in your order. Where possible, we use recyclable materials. We do not claim that our packaging is entirely plastic-free or carbon-neutral, because we are not in a position to verify those claims across our entire supply chain. We prefer to make verifiable improvements in the areas we control rather than to purchase a sustainability narrative we cannot substantiate.

Section 7: Delivery

Delivery to the Address Provided

We deliver to the address you provide at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure that the address is complete and accurate, including the apartment or unit number, the street name, the city, the state or province, the postal code, and the country. If an order is delivered to an incorrect address because you provided incorrect information, we cannot be responsible for the loss. We will, however, assist you in contacting the carrier to see whether the package can be recovered or redirected.

Delivery Attempts

Carriers typically make one or more delivery attempts. If no one is available to receive the package, the carrier may leave the package at a safe location, leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup, or return the package to the carrier’s facility. The specific procedure depends on the carrier and the destination. If you miss a delivery attempt, follow the instructions on the notice to arrange redelivery or pickup. If the package is returned to us because it was not collected, we will contact you to discuss reshipment or refund options. Reshipment may require an additional shipping charge.

Delivery Confirmation

Delivery is confirmed when the carrier’s tracking information shows that the package has been delivered to the address you provided. If the tracking information shows delivery but you did not receive the package, please check with neighbors, building management, and any safe-drop locations before contacting us. If the package cannot be located, contact us and we will review the situation as described in Section 9.

Delivery to Building Management or Mailrooms

If your delivery address includes a building with a mailroom or a front desk, the carrier may deliver the package to that location. We cannot control whether the carrier delivers to the mailroom or directly to your door. If you are concerned about the security of a mailroom delivery, contact the carrier to request a specific delivery instruction, or contact us before the order is dispatched to discuss alternative arrangements.

Section 8: Delays

Common Causes of Delays

Delays can occur for many reasons, most of which are outside our direct control. Common causes include customs processing, carrier routing changes, weather events, high seasonal volume, labor disputes, and local disruptions. International shipments are particularly susceptible to delays because they pass through multiple jurisdictions and multiple carrier networks. We do not consider a delay to be a lost shipment until the carrier has confirmed that the package cannot be located or until a reasonable period has passed without tracking updates.

What We Do When a Delay Occurs

When we become aware of a delay, we will contact the carrier to request an update and will share the information we receive with you. If the delay is likely to be extended, we will discuss the available options with you, which may include waiting for the package to arrive, requesting a carrier trace, or, in some cases, canceling the order and issuing a refund. We will not leave you waiting without information, and we will not respond to a delay inquiry with a generic template that does not address your specific situation.

Delays Caused by Customs

Customs processing is one of the most common causes of international delays. Customs authorities may hold a shipment for inspection, may request additional documentation, or may assess duties and taxes before releasing the package. We will assist with documentation where possible, but we cannot expedite customs processing or override a customs authority’s decision. If a shipment is held by customs, we will tell you what we know and will provide the documentation you need to respond to the customs authority’s request.

Delays Caused by Incorrect Addresses

If a package is delayed because the address you provided is incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to request the correct information. If the carrier is able to correct the address, the package may be delivered after a delay. If the carrier is unable to correct the address, the package may be returned to us, and we will contact you to discuss reshipment or refund options. Reshipment may require an additional shipping charge.

Section 9: Lost, Stolen, and Damaged Shipments

Lost Shipments

A shipment is considered lost when the carrier confirms that it cannot be located, or when a reasonable period has passed without tracking updates and the carrier has been unable to provide a satisfactory explanation. If a shipment is confirmed lost, we will work with you to resolve the issue. In most cases, we will offer a replacement or a refund. We may ask you to wait for a carrier investigation to be completed before issuing a replacement or refund, because carriers sometimes locate packages that were initially reported as lost. We will keep you informed throughout the process.

Stolen Shipments

If a shipment is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors, building management, and any safe-drop locations before contacting us. If the package cannot be located, contact us and we will review the situation. We may ask you to file a report with the carrier or with local law enforcement, depending on the circumstances. We will work with you to find a fair resolution, but we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for every stolen-package claim. Our ability to resolve these cases depends on the evidence available and the carrier’s policies.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging or the product, please photograph the damage before opening the package if possible, and photograph the product and packaging after opening. Contact us within seventy-two hours of delivery, or as soon as reasonably possible if you discover the damage later. Include your order number, photographs of the damage, and a brief description of what you observed. We will review the photographs and, if the damage is confirmed, arrange a replacement or refund. In most cases, we will not require you to return the damaged product, because returning a damaged item creates additional cost and delay without providing value.

Missing Items

If your order is missing an item that should have been included, contact us within thirty days of delivery. Please provide your order number, a description of what was missing, and a photograph of the packaging and the items you received. We will investigate and, if the item was omitted, ship it to you at no additional cost or refund the value of the missing item. If the missing item was shipped separately because of a partial shipment, we will confirm the tracking information for the separate shipment.

Section 10: Customs and International Shipping

Customs Documentation

We ship international orders with accurate commercial documentation, including a commercial invoice that describes the contents and value of the shipment. We do not understate the value of a shipment or misrepresent its contents to reduce customs charges. Doing so is illegal and exposes you to the risk of seizure, penalties, and delays. If you need specific documentation for customs clearance, contact us before placing the order and we will tell you what we can provide.

Import Restrictions

Some products are restricted or prohibited in certain countries. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you order are legal to import and use in your jurisdiction. We provide the information available to us, but we cannot provide legal advice, and we cannot guarantee that a product will be admitted by customs in every destination. If a shipment is seized because a product is restricted in the destination country, we will assist with documentation where possible, but we cannot guarantee a refund.

Customs Delays and Inspections

Customs authorities may hold a shipment for inspection, may request additional documentation, or may assess duties and taxes before releasing the package. These processes are outside our control, and they can add several days or, in some cases, several weeks to the delivery timeline. We will assist with documentation where possible and will keep you informed of any updates we receive from the carrier.

Duties and Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. The amount depends on the destination country’s tariff schedule and the value and nature of the products. We cannot predict the amount in advance, and we cannot reimburse these charges. If you refuse to pay duties and the shipment is returned to us or abandoned, we may not be able to issue a full refund, because the shipping cost and any return shipping cost have already been incurred.

Returned and Abandoned Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us because it was not collected, because duties were not paid, or because the address was incorrect, we will contact you to discuss reshipment or refund options. Reshipment may require an additional shipping charge, and the original shipping cost is generally not refundable. If a shipment is abandoned at customs, we may not be able to recover it, and we may not be able to issue a refund. We encourage international customers to respond promptly to any customs notices and to pay any applicable duties so that the shipment can be released.

Section 11: Address Accuracy and Changes

Your Responsibility for Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please double-check the address before confirming your order, particularly the apartment or unit number, the postal code, and the country. An address that is missing a unit number or a postal code may be delayed or returned, and we cannot be responsible for the loss if the error originates with the information you provided.

Changing the Shipping Address

If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at philip.lieu@halo.com.vn or +84 818685222. If the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the address. If the order has already shipped, we cannot change the address, but we may be able to contact the carrier to request a redirect. Address changes are not guaranteed, particularly for international shipments, and we cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly at checkout.

Address Verification

We may verify the shipping address before dispatching an order, particularly if the address differs from the billing address or if the order is unusually large. Verification may involve contacting you to confirm the address or checking the address against carrier databases. Verification is not an accusation; it is a routine step that protects both parties from fraud and from the cost and delay of a returned shipment.

Section 12: Shipping Restrictions

Product-Specific Restrictions

Some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations because of legal restrictions, carrier limitations, or product-specific handling requirements. For example, some countries restrict the import of certain herbal ingredients, and some carriers do not accept certain product categories. If we cannot ship a product to your destination, we will notify you and cancel the affected portion of your order, and we will refund the amount paid for that product.

Quantity Restrictions

Some destinations impose quantity restrictions on certain product categories. For example, a country may limit the amount of a particular supplement that can be imported for personal use. If your order exceeds a destination’s quantity restriction, we may need to reduce the quantity or cancel the affected portion of the order. We will contact you before taking any action so that you can decide how to proceed.

Sanctions and Restricted Parties

We comply with applicable sanctions and export control laws. We do not ship to countries, regions, or individuals that are subject to comprehensive sanctions or that appear on restricted-party lists. If we cannot ship to your destination because of a sanctions or export control restriction, we will cancel the order and issue a refund. We will not attempt to circumvent these restrictions.

Section 13: Carrier Relationships and Liability

Our Role as Shipper

When you place an order with MCH Global, we act as the shipper and engage a carrier to deliver the package to you. The carrier is responsible for the actual transportation and delivery of the package. We are responsible for selecting the carrier, preparing the shipment, providing accurate documentation, and assisting you if something goes wrong. We are not responsible for the carrier’s acts or omissions, except to the extent required by applicable law.

Carrier Liability

Carriers have their own liability rules, which may limit the amount they will pay for a lost or damaged shipment. In many cases, the carrier’s liability is limited to a fraction of the shipment’s value unless additional insurance is purchased. We do not currently purchase additional insurance for every shipment, because the cost would be reflected in the shipping charges. If you are shipping a high-value order and you want additional insurance, contact us before placing the order and we will tell you whether insurance can be arranged and what it would cost.

Claims Against Carriers

If a shipment is lost or damaged, we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf where appropriate. The carrier’s claims process can take several weeks to complete, and the outcome depends on the evidence available. We will keep you informed of the progress and will not leave you waiting without information. In many cases, we will resolve the issue with you directly — by issuing a replacement or refund — and will pursue the carrier claim separately, so that you are not left waiting for the carrier’s process to conclude.

Section 14: Partial Shipments and Split Orders

When Partial Shipments Occur

If your order contains multiple products and one of them is unavailable or on back-order, we may ship the available products first and the remaining products later. We may also split an order across multiple packages if the order is too large for a single package or if the products require different handling. If a partial shipment occurs, you will receive a shipping confirmation for each package, with separate tracking numbers where available.

Shipping Charges for Partial Shipments

If we split an order for our own operational reasons, we will not charge you additional shipping for the second package. If the split occurs because you requested a partial shipment, or because one product was on back-order and you asked us to ship the available products first, we may charge additional shipping for the second package. We will explain any additional charges before shipping the second package.

Combining Shipments

If you place multiple orders within a short period, we may be able to combine them into a single shipment to reduce shipping costs and packaging. Contact us before placing the second order and we will tell you whether combining is possible. We cannot guarantee that orders can be combined, particularly if the first order has already been dispatched.

Section 15: Seasonal and Promotional Periods

Holiday Shipping

Shipping volumes increase significantly during holiday periods, and carriers may experience delays. We recommend placing orders well before any holiday deadline to allow for processing and transit time. We will publish recommended order deadlines for major holidays on our website where possible, but these deadlines are estimates, not guarantees. If you need an order by a specific date, contact us before placing the order and we will tell you whether the deadline can be met.

Promotional Periods

During promotional periods, order volumes may be higher than usual, and processing times may extend. We will notify you by email if your order is affected by an unusual delay. We appreciate your patience during these periods and will do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Weather and Natural Events

Severe weather, natural disasters, and other events beyond our control can disrupt carrier networks and delay shipments. We will monitor the situation and will inform you if your shipment is affected. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, but we will work with you to find a fair resolution if a shipment is significantly delayed or lost.

Section 16: Contact Us About Shipping

If you have a question about shipping, a tracking issue, a delivery concern, or a shipment that has not arrived, please contact us. Email is the best channel for detailed inquiries because it allows you to include order information and attachments: philip.lieu@halo.com.vn. Phone support is available for time-sensitive issues: +84 818685222. Our website is mchglobal.store, and our address is 160 Robinson Road, #14-04, Singapore Business Federation Center, Singapore 068914.

When you contact us about a shipping issue, please include your order number, the email address used at checkout, the tracking number if available, and a description of the issue. If the package arrived damaged, please include photographs. If the package has not arrived, please tell us the date it was expected and the date of the last tracking update. The more information you provide, the faster we can investigate and resolve the issue.

A Closing Commitment

Shipping is the part of the customer experience that happens after the money has changed hands, when the customer has no choice but to trust the distributor to deliver. We take that trust seriously. We will not promise delivery dates we cannot meet, we will not hide behind carrier excuses when a package goes missing, and we will not leave customers waiting without information. If your shipment is delayed, lost, damaged, or held by customs, we will tell you what we know, what we are doing about it, and what you can expect next. That is the standard we hold ourselves to, and it is the standard we believe a serious distributor owes every customer.
